The staff was affable and polite, helped a lot. It was right in the heart of Lytham St Annes, and around 4-6 minutes away by foot from Lytham War Memorial.

The superior room was incredibly comfortable with fantastic amenities, including a seating area, ironing facilities, and a writing desk.

Enjoyed the deluxe double room in bathroom bed, felt like we were home.

The hotel property was ideal with marvellous location so close to town centre, Clifton square, and nightclub and taxi rank.

The hotel is gorgeous and overall clean, the staff are excellent, location is fantastic in the centre. We stay in deluxe double room quite often, it is neat and functional. They offer a work desk, tea and coffee making equipment, and a TV set. 

The deluxe queen room is bright and extremely spacious. A work desk, tea and coffee making equipment, and a TV set are available.

Really enjoyed the location in the town centre. There was The Sandwich Shop nearby, offering quick meals. The deluxe king room was extremely spacious and bright, perfect for my needs. It had a walk-in shower in the nice bathroom.

Clean hotel with a great location in Lytham St Annes. The hotel is so close to the Olive Tree Greek restaurant across the road.- It is also near the main square where most of the bars, cafes, and restaurants are.- Conveniently located near the busiest 

The staff were smart, as for 4-stars hotel. We got room with nice decor and a great bathroom to relax.

Incredibly beautiful hotel right in the heart of Lytham St Annes

Bright and fairly quiet units with large bathroom as well as very large comfortable bed. Smart employees. - A nice decor. - Stunning and gorgeous location. - Nearby Station Pub & Grill - great place to chill out 

The brand-new deluxe room had a comfortable bed and useful amenities like an electric kettle, central heating, and an electronic key card; the location was perfect and the staff were very friendly.

The hotel was clean. Facilities were good. - Great location really close to all the restaurants. - Thoroughly enjoyed the way our deluxe double room with lovely finished bathrooms was arranged. - There were a work desk, tea and coffee making equipment,
